Alpines

Strictly speaking, an alpine is a plant from a mountainous region, but it is often a term used to cover all plants of dwarf habit suitable for planting in rock gardens, and we follow that rule here. All of our alpines are hardy in the UK. Alpines are great for a rockery, container, gravel garden etc. They need a well-drained soil and most enjoy a sunny position.
