One of the rarer 'Whatfields'. Lovely single pink blooms held above compact silver-green foliage. Scented.
A beautiful alpine pink. Excellent for border edges, rockeries, paving or in containers.

The Whatfield series of alpine pinks were bred by Mrs J. Scholfield of Whatfield, near Ipswich and at one point there were over 30 in existence. We would like to track them all down and bring them back into cultivation, so if you can help, please get get in touch!
