Plant Overview
A very easygoing plant which will grow pretty much anywhere, including in cracks in walls and paths. Can be used as a ground cover and has even been found growing on trees.
Beautiful purple snap-dragon type flowers adorn the trailing, ivy-shaped foliage from April to October.
Introduced in the 17th century and now naturalised.
