A lovely marginal plant, grown for its pretty variegated foliage, which brings colour to a pond as early as March. Its leaves have pink and cream margins, which perfectly complement its small white summer flowers.
Lower temperatures intensify the leaf colours in autumn.
Ideal for growing at the pond edge or at the front of a bog garden, but is happy in any soil which does not dry out completely.
All our plants are supplied established in pots. We do not sell 'plug plants' because those need to be grown on before planting. Our potted plants can be planted immediately, or you can leave them in their pots until you are ready to plant. We grow everything we sell ourselves, in our nursery in the Buckinghamshire countryside.
