Syn: Limonium latifolium. Frothy clouds of very small, soft lavender-blue, papery flowers above a rosette of big, broad, leathery, deep green, wavy edged leaves which turn red in autumn.
An excellent plant for all dry situations.
Best grown in sandy soil but will tolerate any Well-Drained soil in Full Sun. Useful for dry stony sites or gravel gardens. Good for coastal gardens. Drought tolerant.
Good for for cut or dried flowers.
