Plant Details

Palest pink, almost white flowers with eye-catching dark purple-grey blotches over green ferny foliage. Long flowering period from May-Sept. A very compact Erodium - neater than some.

Ideal for front of border. Well drained soil. Sunny position.

This low, spreading plant will really add colour to a gravel garden, patio pot or alpine bed. The foliage is pretty too, being gently scalloped and forming a soft mound.

Generally both pest and disease free, making for a wonderfully low-maintenance plant that will liven up any garden.

Height and spread: 10cm x 20cm

Common name(s): Heron's Bill, Storksbill

All our plants are supplied in 9x10cm pots unless otherwise specified. Plants in this size pot establish quickly in the garden and often outpace plants in bigger pots planted at the same time. We do not sell 'plug plants' because those need to be grown on before planting. Our potted plants can be planted immediately, unless otherwise noted, or you can leave them in their pots until you are ready to plant. We grow everything we sell ourselves, in our nursery in the Buckinghamshire countryside.
