Plant Details

A good ground-cover plant for a shady spot. Will tolerate being quite dry.

Heart-shaped leaves in soft tints of bronze-red when young, fading to light green, but assuming vivid coral red shades in autumn. Old leaves remain on the plant until spring. Red and pale yellow flowers in March and April.

All our plants are supplied established in pots. We do not sell 'plug plants' because those need to be grown on before planting. Our potted plants can be planted immediately, or you can leave them in their pots until you are ready to plant. We grow everything we sell ourselves, in our nursery in the Buckinghamshire countryside.
