Unfortunately the couriers add a surcharge for the more remote areas of the UK (and islands). We always try to avoid a surcharge by using Royal Mail/Parcel Force, but this is not always possible for practical reasons and sometimes they are more expensive than couriers for large parcels. It is always best to contact us prior to ordering to discuss the size of your order and we will work out if we can send it without incurring a surcharge if you live in one of the areas below. We are happy to discuss it and understand you may not wish to proceed with an order.
Please check your postcode against the zones below and see the additional cost for delivery. The prices below are in addition to the standard delivery charge. We only pass on the courier cost, we do not add anything on. If your order qualifies for free delivery, we will just ask you to pay the surcharge. These charges will apply only if we cannot send cheaper using Royal Mail.
